Tuesday announced the engagement engage-ment and forthcoming marriage of his daughter. Miss Colleen Marie Kearns, to Richard Rua-sell Rua-sell 8teiner, a son of Mrs. cowie Steiner. 5340 Cottonwood lane, and Frank G. Steiner of Chicago. The well known bride-elect, a member of the Salt Lake Junior Jun-ior league, la a daughter of the lata Mra, Kathryn Whitney Kearns and a granddaughter of the law Senator and Mra Thomas Thom-as Kearns. Mr. Steiner is a grandson of Mrs. George A. Steiner of Los Angeles and the late Mr. Steiner, formerly of Salt Lake, and of Mrs. Emma D. Cowie and the late A. H. Cowle. Nuptial date for the popular pair has been set for Dec. , with wedding vows being spoken in a quiet morning ceremony at the Cathedral of the Madeleine. Officiating will be the Very Rev. Robert J. Dwyer.
