I Public relations techniques la I schools and successful methods of I working with community groups I will highlight discussions. - Panels will consider factor that promote teacher security, the teacher's role in the school, public relations, what teachers should know regarding financing of schools, snd the need for observance observ-ance of the teachers' code of ethics. The conference will conclude Saturday with a summary session featuring a panel discussion on improvement of school-comm unity relations, with Francis S. Chase, director of the rural editorial service, University of Chicago, acting as moderator. Also serving as a consultant. In addition to Mr. Chase, will be Roy K. Wilson of the National Education Educa-tion Asm, division of press and radio relations.
