Show Up and Down the Street The California Co, Leases 40,000 Acres in Utah . By Robert W. Beralrk The California Co., a mibjf diary of Standard Oil Company of California, Cal-ifornia, ha taken an oil and jr&j leaae option on 40,000 acres of Mil-Jard Mil-Jard and Juab county lands, it was reported Saturday. Option for selection -of the land Must be exercised by March 1, - 1950. The leases are located mainly in Millard county, in townships town-ships 13-14-15 South, and Ranges 17-18 West. Acreage is approximately 50 miles due west from Delta, Millard county, Utah. Structures covered by the play have been tentatively named the Eant and West anticlines.
