Parly Files Tickel For Elections BINGHAM, Oct IB A Non-partiaan Non-partiaan party ticket, listing candidates can-didates for mayor and four council coun-cil posts has been filed along with one other candidate for mayor In the forthcoming elections In Bingham, Bing-ham, it was revealed Wednesday by Eugene Morris, city recorder. C. A. (8pud) Morley, automobile dealer, heads the Nonpartisan of the party Include Elmo A. Nel-son, Nel-son, bookkeeper at the Bingham Clinic; Harley English, property watchman at the Kennecott Copper Cop-per Corp., as four-year council-men, council-men, and Jos Dispenza, an employs em-ploys of the copper company, and Leonard Miller, businessman, for the two-year council posts. The other candidate for mayor la Carl Zahos, who heads the Chicago Chi-cago Charlie party. J. P. ScuseeU, an Independent, Is the only person to file so far for the city treasurer position. Mr. Morris hss Med for reelection is the city recorder.
