Show S. L. Area Teen Agers Plan High School Dancing Club Teen agers In the Salt Lake area Wednesday were completing plans for a young people's dancing club rganised by pupils from five high schools and sponsored by the IMCA. ' Roger E. Berry, assistant secretary, sec-retary, TMCA, said the youngsters young-sters had asked the organization to sponsor the newly formed grouf which will hold bimonthly danrei in the Union building, Universit) of Utah. Membership will be open to any high school student who agrees to observe the "no drinking and no smoking" rules at the dances, according ac-cording to Ernest Nlcolo. Jeanette Larson and Joan Freer. East high school Gene Pepper. Judy Johnston, Carol Corlett and Mils Marsden. Granite high school Gay Lloyd, Marjorie Sharer, Jim Macki and Thayer Christenaen. The club committee will meet Monday at the TMCA to vote on bylaws, membership rules and means of financing the program. |
