Bench Warrant Is Issued for Driver A bench warrant for the arrest of C. E. MUner, 30. of 1332 Yale avenue, av-enue, was ordered by Judge M. J. Bronson in police court Wednesdsy when the defendsnt fsiled to appear to answer a charge of drunkenness arising out of an accident in which he was involved Mondsy night The eastbound Milner automobile allegedly collided with a street csr at North Temple and Main streets late Mondsy, and Mr. Milner was arretted ar-retted when he arrived at the emergency emer-gency hospital to have his injuries trested. Lster he was released on hi own recognizance.
