League Labors on Manchurian Report GENEVA. Feb. 8 The league of nations committee preparing a report re-port on the Manchurian dispute worked today on a draft in which it hopes to evolve a formula embodying embody-ing tha principle of nonrecognition of Manchukuo and other principles of the Lytton report. Considerable Interest has been aroused by conversations between committeemen and Yosuke Matsuoka, Japan's representative, in an effort to keep the way to conciliation open. Tomorrow the conciliation committee commit-tee of nineteen meets to consider hit proposals which, it is understood, assert as-sert tha Lytton conclusions will not soave the problem of Manchukuo, but that a satisfactory aolution can bci evolved without violence.
