I - 1 ..... i . 1 The Coroner's jury which has been Investigating the cause of the death of Robert Lcmmon, who was supposed to have been poisonel In a. room of the American house on Commercial Etreet, rendered a verdict this morning that Lemmon died from natural causes and that he did not come to his death feloniously. feloni-ously. Dr. Mayo, County rhysiclan, testified that all the evidences of excessive alcoholism al-coholism were apparent In the body, and that there was a fatty degeneration of the heart caused probably by the excessive ex-cessive use of liquor. The lungs were congested by pneumanla and Dr. Mayo "teald there were no evidences of poisoning poison-ing to be found. He declared that the vitiated atmosphere of the room In which the man was- found unconscious was primarily responsible for the death-Acting death-Acting on this testimony the Jury brought in the verdict as stated. The Jurors were C. L. Olsen, Reeve Price and W. D. Neal. . This verdict resulted in the release of Ray Clifford and Ben Farrar, who were held Jy - the police pending the conclusion of the Inquest. |
