Show BLACKLIST Riders' Claims for $500 Must Be Settled Before Racing Can Begin.. . The Salt Palace saucer track Is on the black list of the National Cycling association asso-ciation and cannot be used for professional profes-sional racing this season until its troubles trou-bles are cleared up. The ban Is placed upon the track because be-cause the riders who participated in the six-day race at the close of last season have not been paid their prize money, according to agreement. It will be remembered that the management man-agement called the races off after the second night, but that the riders kept right, on circling the course. The black list stands against the track Itself, so that a change In the management manage-ment doe not offer any solution of the difficulty.- " - - ....
