The strikers gathered at the Raritan river bridge last night, armed with runs and clubs, intending to attack the men who bad remained at work as they crossed the bridges to their homes. Lawson drew bis own revolver and covered the man, who became frightened fright-ened and lowered his weapon. The wagons were then allowed to cross ' the bridge.
