Show CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD TONIGHT President and Cabinet "Will Sis-cuss Sis-cuss JIanchurlan Affair at St. Louis. WASHINGTON. April 29.-An Important conference between the President and the members of his Cabinet will be held in St. Louis, probably on Wednesday night. Tha apecial train bearing the President and hi party will arrive at St. Louis Wednesday Wed-nesday afternoon at 4:10. President Roosevelt Roose-velt and Secretary Shaw, who is to be of the party, will bo Joined there by other members of the Cabinet. Matter of importance which have arisen aince tha President's departure from Washington, Washing-ton, will be brought to the attention of the Chief Executive. These will include Russia's attitude in Manchuria, the developments de-velopments in the Investigation of the Postofhce department, and some departmental depart-mental matters upon which the President will have to pasa. Since leaving Tellowstone park the President haa ben in close touch with Washington. Communication . between him and the heads of departments have been exchanged daily, botn by mail and telegraph. |
