Mrs. Larsen alleges that the for-rr for-rr banker received $14.26 from her for deposit on October S, 1904. Schettler was at once taken before Justice of the Peace Dana T. Smith, who fixed the bail In the first case at $4000 and In the latter case at H000. Other complaints are to be filed against ' Schettler. It la understood. . Following close upon the arrest of former for-mer Banker B. H. Schettler on additional charges of recelvtng money while- knowing know-ing his bank to be Insolvent comes the announcement an-nouncement of a movement to have Receiver Re-ceiver R. R. Anderson removed.' Two more complaints were Hied against Schettler Friday. He was held In 4000 bonds In one case and $1000 in the other. Hie bond la now $20,000, as high as Mrs. Cassia Chadwick Is compelled to furnish. Friday a committee of creditors visited Attorney-Oeneral Breeden and asked for the removal of Receiver Anderson. The Attorney-Oeneral took the matter under consideration, but did not arrive at a conclusion con-clusion Friday. It Is understood that a formal complaint will be made against Anderson and it is considered pretty cer-tain cer-tain that be will be removed.
