POLICE 'PHONE NOW ON "DEAD-HEAD" LIST Chief of Police Lynch received a communication com-munication from General Manager D. S. Murray of the Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone company this morning, advising ad-vising him that the Police department telephone. No. 8, had been placed on the "dead-head" list, for all telephones in the city. This applies to all register and slot 'phones and calls for the Police department, de-partment, from any Class of telephones, will be given free of charge. This rule will not affect the Chiefs private telephone. tele-phone. No. 75, which will be continued as heretofore. .
