Show AGED PIONEER OF ' RICHFIELD EXPIRES a RICHFIELD, Feb. ll-Lemuel Thomp. son, a Utah pioneer, and one of Sevier county's few surviving veterans of the Civil war, was burled at his home at An-nabella, An-nabella, six miles south of Richfield. Sunday Sun-day afternoon. The departed veteran was a native of New Hampshire, moved to Utah some thirty-five years ago and has been one of the leading cit liens of Anna-bella Anna-bella for upward ef thirty years. , He volunteered vol-unteered with a New Hampshire regiment at the outbreak of tha War of the Rebellion Rebel-lion and served honorably until Its close. Surviving; him are a widow and several grown children, some of whom are students stu-dents at the Utah 8tate University. The funeral was one of the roost largely attended at-tended of any ever held at Annabella. |
