Show GET JUDGMENT UNDER CIVIL SERVICE LAW "WASHINGTON, Feb. 16.--The Court of Claims has rendered a decision In the case of Wickers ham and others who were employees under Burveyor-Oeneral Burveyor-Oeneral Strangham of Idaho, all Democrats, Dem-ocrats, and who were peremptorily dismissed dis-missed by Joseph Perrault Republican, Republi-can, who succeeded Strangham. Wicker Wick-er sham and the others claimed a right under the civil service law and reported report-ed for duty. Perrault declined to permit per-mit them to work, and they brought suit against the Government . The court today rendered judgment ! as follows: James H. Wlckersham, $578.22; Alice Howie, $578.22; D. J. Cohn, $825. The case of J. P. Chlnn was dismissed. |
