Show DEMOCRATS TO JOLLIFY; SAY THEY ARE NOT DEAD The committee fa charge of the Jackson Jack-son day celebration, which will be held at the Commercial club Monday evening, even-ing, announces that this year's celebration celebra-tion in honor of "Old Hickory" will far surpass any ever held in this city. Indication In-dication promise an unusually large attendance from all parts of the State. Men of prominence in, the party from every section of the State have announced an-nounced that they will be present. "We were defeated at the last elec- tion," said Secretary Cohen, "but we will have a celebration Monday night that will far surpass any that we have ever had. We may have been burled, but we are not dead by a ions; way. We are the liveliest corpse that was ever supposed to be burled In this State." The following programme haa been arranged by the State central committee commit-tee for the celebration: Address, Chairman Chair-man O. W. Powers: response. Henderson: Hender-son: 'The Proof of the Pudding Is the Eatiiur of It." James H. Moyle; "What of the Future of the Democratic Party?" Par-ty?" W. H. King; "The Press." William Igleheart; "Democratic Argonauts," S. R. Thurman; "Our Legislatures." Harden Har-den Bennlon; "When to Let Go." R. W.
