Show THREE-CENT FARE BILL Idaho Legislator- Offcrs a Bill Regarding Passenger Passen-ger Rates. BOISE. Ida., Feb. 16. Representative Brown of Ada county today introduced a bill in the Legislature making the following provisions: "All railroad companies or corporations corpora-tions doing business in the State of Idaho must fix and publish their rates of charges for freightage and pasenger fares from one depot to another on their various lines of road in this State. But in no case shall any railroad company or corporation charge or receive more than 3 cents a mile for each passenger for the actual distance to be traveled in this State. For all transgressions of this limitation, limita-tion, the railroad company or corporation corpora-tion is liable to the party suffering 1 thereby for treble the entire amount of fare charged such party, and must pay to the aggrieved party all damages whjch are sustained thereby, with cost , of suit.
