Court was in session, with District Attorney Erickson present, when the fathers of the two boy defendants in the case, James W. Wood-head Wood-head and Edgar J. This was accepted by the State, and the Judge, while expressing great disinclination to act as Judge in a caso with which he had onco been connected con-nected as prosecutor, was finally prevailed upon by the attorney for the defendants to Set in the case by pronouncing Judgment Judg-ment and finally disposing of it.
