Show ELECTION CONTESTS GO MERRILY ONWARD CHEYENNE. Wyo., May 12. The election contest cases Involving the County Attorneyship Attorney-ship and two County Commlsetonershlps came up-n-the District court Wednesday and Luke Vorhees. Frank Jones and Ed O. Glenn were appointed a special eonnnimton to open and count ballots cast In precincts In which It Is alleged Irregularities existed. The work of counting Is proceeding slowly, and as there are eighteen precincts involved In the County Attorneyship contest and thirty-six in the Commtsslonershlps contests. It Is expected that several days will elapse before a report can be made to the court. W. B. Ross. Democrat, and W. R. Stoll, Republican, are contestanta for the County Attorneyship, and Samuel Corson and Harry Farthing. Republicans, and K. 8. Johnston and F. A. Roedel. Democrats, for the County Cora-mlsslonershlpa. Cora-mlsslonershlpa. Toe cases of the Republicans are In the hands of Attorney C. W. Burdlck, and those of the Democrats In the hands of Judge Gibson Clark and Judge 8. T. Corn. |
