Puryear, formerly a brakeman on the Union Pacific, has-filed an - action against the railroad for $15,000 damages for injuries it is alleged he received December De-cember 4 last when he fell from the top of a box car near Devil's Gat In Weber canyon. Puryear alleges In his complaint that In passing along the top from oar to car he grasped a hand rail which proved to be loose and Which broke, letting let-ting htm fall to the ground.
