NOTICE OF STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING. Notice Is hereby given that a -special meeting of the stockholders of "4 Metals Mining Company." a mining corporation ' duly organized and existing under .the laws of the State of I'tah. Is hereby called, to be held at the principal office of said company, at room .'4 D. F. Walker building. Salt Lake City. I'tah. on Tuesday, Tues-day, the 3it day of January. 1905,'attwo (2) o'clock p. m. of said day. The object ot said meeting being for the purpose of arranging for the payment of the Indebtedness against said company, and also to accept or reject a certain proposition to convey the property, baajfi real and personal, of aald ("4 Metals Mha-ing Mha-ing Company") to a company corporation to be formed under the laws of the Territory Ter-ritory of Arizona, and In lieu thereof, and for the ttock of the incorporators of this said company, stock from said new company com-pany to be formed, to be Issued to the incorporators in-corporators thereof, in such manner, amount, etc.. as may be agreed upon at said meeting, and also to authorize and instruct the. elected board of directors, if such proposition Is entertained to carry out same in such manner as they may decide upon, all in conformity with tha laws of the State of Utah.
