Show ANOTHER TURN GIVEN IN RALEIGH ESTATE Mors trouble in the probation of the will of the late Bishop Alonzo H. Raleigh Ra-leigh was heard in Judge Armstrong's court Saturday. Jacob T. Raleigh is seeking possession of an interest In the lot which Mrs. Emily I'. Raleigh, one of the widows of the deceased, fought for. He asserts that under the will he was granted a life Interest in the property under certain restrictions. He declares that In accordance with the Instructions Instruc-tions he transferred his Interests in the property to the Mormon church and In return was to recolve a definite portion of the estate. The executors of the estate contend that he is not entitled to the property on the grounds that he has not lived up to the provisions of the will. He asserts that he has. Judge Armstrong will take up the hearl.13 again next Thursday. |
