Show AN ELECTRICAL EXPOSITION. What promises to be the most startling result of modern electrical invention will be used as an exposition to attract attention atten-tion to the Coliseum for the electrical trades exhibition to be held next January, Janu-ary, for which plans are now well under way. The Frank S. Betts company will furnish the machinery for a jumping spark, created from the largest number of amperes and the highest voltage ever produced. The spark will flash back and forth across the entire length pf the Coliseum, high above the roof, upon a spiral coll connected with two big electros. .This demonstration will have the appearance of a huge and magnificently brilliant flash "Vor the electrical show many other features fea-tures are being planned, some of which will be quite sensational, and all of which will be new. It is proposed to have the various telegraph and cable companies race around the -world with messages,' soma going by wiv of San Francisco and others via New York. These messages will leave the Coliseum at the same hour each day the contest Is on. Th wireless telegraph will have daily demonstrations.
