Silver raised a "technical law point" In his argument yesterday when he "was charged with disturbing the Salvation Sal-vation Army at an open air meeting. Sliver took the novel stand that he was oh the corner In question first and that therefore the Salvation' Army Is really at fault, they having disturbed him. This is Silver's second arrest for the same offense. He attempted to beg, his freedom before Judge Dlehl on the ground that he owned a horse that 'was vicious that no one could feed him but '"We're jtj, kickers." said Sliver. - "He won't let anyone feed him but me. 'He will go hungry." ".';' v." ' But this didn't move Judge Diehl and so the poor horse went to -bed last night without his dinner.- Silver will, be arraigned ar-raigned again today. |
