The petition of Fisher 8- Harris, administrator ad-ministrator of the estate of Elbrldge Tufts, deceased, praying for. an order authorizing au-thorizing him to lease to tbe West Qulncy Mining- Company, for a period of one ear from April 1. 1906. the interest of sa-d estate es-tate in the following described real estate and patented mining claims with the buildings, machinery and improvements . thereon, situated In Snake Creek Mining district, Wasatch county, Utah, to wit: The undivided one-eighth of the Bunker lode. Bunker lode No. 2. Jic, Jle loda No. 2, Extension, end Sunday lode, desig- ' nated by the Surveyor-General as lots Nos. 15. 132. 155. 13 and 144 respectively, and to be included In said lease an option to purchase said property within said time by paying the sum of HS.70r a copy of said proposed lease being annexed to said petition; and that all persons Interested appear before the said - court to shew cause why said order should not be granted, grant-ed, has been set for hearing for Saturday, the 15th day of April, A.
