Show JUVENILE COURT MAY YET BE ESTABLISHED; FLOWERS FOB JOSEPH. The veto of Gov. Cutler to Marks' Juvenile court bill came as a surprise to the House, yesterday. Word came up with the bill from the Governor's office that there was an error er-ror in the bill in that no provision was made for the compensation of the Judges of.the courts. Marks made an effort to have the bill passed over the Governor's veto, saying say-ing that he had another bill that would remedy the defect, but in spite of this the veto was sustained. Marks alone voting to save the measure. At this morning's ses:-Io-, Gov.
