Show PRESBYTERIANS MOVE TO NEW BUILDING , , . , . , . r ,' - I' ' ' i The Congregation of the First Presbyterian- church "was established In Its new quarters yesterday. - After a farewell service ser-vice at the old home of the congregation. Second South and Second East streets, the church members, their friends and the Sunday-school . pupils' filed into the street, and, led by the pastor, the Rev. Dr.- W. M.. Paden, Dr. F. Ii Arnold and Judge J. C. Royle, marched to the; new church bunding at C and Brlgham streets. Those who took part In the opening services ser-vices at the new church were .Sunday-school .Sunday-school superintendent Thomas Weir. Mrs. E.' E. Shepard. the Rev. J. C. Lincoln, W. H. Alexander, Dr.1 Paden and Mrs. Thomaa Weir. ' . , Last night Rev. Paden addressed the Sunday-school teachers on their work. He gave many practical suggestions for- the teachers and other church Workers. |
