Involved In the deal were farm lands in Sanpete county, local i suburban acreage, a city, home and cash, the transaction amounting to a .otal of $54,000. This Is Indicative of a pickup In the local real estate mar-, ket and shows an upward trend In I the sale and exchange of city homes and Income property and augurs well for a good fall season. It Is declared.
