A buildIng here which h has s been in pr ress f for r the past two months at a cost ot of l is practically completed It wIlt will be occupied by bythe bythe the Utah ServIce association a new organization When the building Is ready for occupancy a special train ot of the Denver Rio Grande Western railroad rail rail- road wIlt will be Operated from Salt Lake bringing to Helper a large number of business men interested In the association All business businessmen men ot of Utah are eligible to membershIp membership mem- mem and at the initial meeting officers will be elected to represent every section ot of the state The memberships membership Is expected expect d to be about 1000 The purpose new club will willbe willbe be to advertise the resources ot of the state and to aid in promoting better better bet bet- ter business Dr Humphrey at Helper Is In charge of the initial work
