D R. R G. G W W. pot depot line consolidation of NInth avenue and South Ninth East street lines and consolidation of Sixth avenue and South Seventh East street routes Under this plan Mr West pointed out better serVice can be given with less traffic congestion while patrons will not be required to walk any further for car than at present
