L Sets Of Triplets Gain in Weight Two of Salt Lake City's four sets of triplets born during the past year are still living in this city The third set m moved ved to Los Angeles Cal and one of the fourth set died Both of the sets still living here are girls girIs They are the daughters of George Frodsham West First North street and of Mr and Mrs Warren T. T MacKay East Sixth South street Mr and Mrs Charles Chades E. E Washburn Washburn Washburn Wash- Wash burn and their triplets formerly of 34 Third East street moved to Los Angeles several months ago Their three babies were born May 14 1942 One of the three infants born March 29 1942 to Mr and Mrs George O. O Simpson Wentworth Wentworth Wentworth Went- Went worth avenue succumbed In Incubator The younger triplets still living here daughters of Mr Frodsham are thriving in incubators at L I. D S hospital and will remain there at least another month They were a month old on April 24 their father said The older set daughters of Mr and Mrs MacKay will be a year old May 14 Mr Frodsham's three infant daughters are called by numbers in the order of their birth because their father has not yet named them All of these babies have gained weight during their first month in the incubators Each of these babies weighs less than five pounds Baby girl No 1 a blonde who weighed three pounds two and a half ounces at birth now weighs four pounds a half ounce No 2 also a blonde bIonde who weighed four pounds one and anda a quarter ounces now weighs four pounds 11 ounces Baby No 3 a brunet who weighed three pounds 13 4 ounces now weighs four pounds 15 ounces The triplets triplets' mother Portia Austin Frodsham died April 4 11 days after the babies' babies birth Identical Although the Frodsham triplets have varying weights and color of hair the MacKay triplets all look alike Each of these little 11 month old girls girIs is a a blonde with blue eyes And each weighs 17 4 pounds according to their mother These three little mUe girls San girls San Sandra dra Lynda and Dorothy Dorothy cut cut their teeth at the same time Within six days each of them cut their first two teeth Now each has eight teeth All three enjoy chewing on their t toy y rabbits' rabbits ears and all three are beginning to stand up by holding onto the sides of their I play pen So far they have sufI suffered suffered suf suf- sufI I no illnesses their mother I I said I |
