Tiny Baby Near Death in Coast Beating SAN FRANCISCO Dec 8 INS INS INS-A A week old girl was near death in San Fr Francisco hospital hospital hospital hos hos- pital Wednesday as the result of ot ofa ota ofa a violent beating by two small boys The victim Louise J Joseph o 0 S e p h daughter of Mr and Mrs Ellis EUis Joseph of San Francisco was taken from her crib hurled to the I floor kicked stomped on and struck repeatedly The attack occurred Sunday but was not revealed until police last night traced the beating to two boys aged 5 and 4 children of other tenants at the apartment house where the Josephs live The boys and their m mothers were cited to appear in juvenile court Wednesday The older boy whom boy whom tenants described as bright beyond his years years told told police I only held the Ule baby I dont don't like babies The younger boy said I was there but he naming the other child did it I watched him throw the baby to the floor loor and jump on her
