Mr. Creedon accompanied accom-panied the youngsters. Delicious refreshments prepared by Mrs. Creedon were enjoyed after the swim. . , Mrs. John Nelson left Friday to spend a week at Luke's Hot Pots near Heber. Earl T. James and Mrs. Ivy Hull motored to Layton Tuesday on business. Mr. and Mrs. Don Carpenter and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Butterfield of Murray, Duane Mitchell and Miss Lois Shaw were Tuesday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Mitchell. Mrs. J. O. Olson, the former Lois Adams of Bingham, now residing in Oklahoma, has spent the past several weeks visiting her patents, Mr. and Mrs. For-, rest Adams of Midvale, and Bingham friends. The plaintiff plain-tiff was awarded custody of a minor child, $100 per month support sup-port money, furniture, $75 attorney's at-torney's fees. The defendant was awarded an automobile. The bridegroom is a brother of Mrs. James. Members of the Bingham Central Cen-tral school band who participated participat-ed with the band July 4 in the parade and has had good attendance attend-ance at the summer band classes enjoyed a swimming party and picnic at Wasatch hot springs Thursday, July 15. Joel Jensen, music instructor accompanied the band members. Mrs. William Thomas and three children of Los Angeles have been house guests of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Rawlins the past two weeks. Mrs. Thomas and Mrs. Rawlins are sisters. The entire group attended a birthday party in honor of Mrs. Thomas at the home of a sister, Mrs. Bert Gilbert of Riverton last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Ivie Jr. celebrated their wedding anniversary anni-versary July 13, dining and dancing danc-ing at Starlite Gardens atop Hotel Ho-tel Utah. Mrs. John Mueting of Santa Barbara, Cal., left for her home Wednesday evening following a five-day visit with her sister, Mrs. Francis J. Quinn.
