BAR BARTO TO SURVEY JUSTICE COURTS A proposal for legislative reorganization reorganization reorganization of justice of the peace courts in Utah was slated Saturday for a thorough study by a committee committee commit commit- tee of the junior bar section of the Utah State Bar The bar commissioners meeting at the capitol late Friday approved plans of the junior section to make such a study By means of questionnaires questionnaires ques ques- and interviews with county officials prosecutors and others the junior ba bar will attempt to learn whether justice courts should be be replaced by a system of county courts The committee making the study includes Orlando J.
