Show family bitrhday dinner which Mrs. Bullock prepared Sunday in honor of Clarence Bullock's birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Marsel Chiea and children were visitors at the home of Mrs. Chiea's mother, Mrs. Cecil Ce-cil Hardeastle of Sandy, last Wednesday. Wed-nesday. Mrs. Chiea's brother, El-bern El-bern Maynard, was also home on furlough and they enjoyed the occasion together. Mr. and Mrs. Harold L. Stur-gill Stur-gill of Bingham were overnight guests at the James Hill home last Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Moore of Midvale were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Scroggin. Mr. and Mis. Orrin Colby were overnight guests in Salt Lake City with relatives last Saturday. Sat-urday. Mrs. Colby's mother and sister returned home with them and spent the week-end at the Colby home. Mrs. Florence Swain of Vernal, Ver-nal, mother of Frank Swain fell several days ago and broke her leg and is at St. Mark's hospital for treatment. The Senior Sodality of Copper-field Copper-field met Wednesday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Nick Nevers were Salt Lake City visitors Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Nick Nevers and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Cowdell enjoyed a show Tuesday evening. Mrs. Ernest Fox entertained Saturday in honor of her daughter, daugh-ter, Ardell, on her tenth birthday. The guests played games. Each received a defense stamp and Junch was served, after which Ardell opened her gifts. Mrs. Ray Watson entertained U.G.I.G. club last Friday evening even-ing at her home. Prizes at Five Hundred went to Mrs. L. E. Bar-nett Bar-nett and Mrs. Francis J. Quinn. A midnight luncheon was served to eight. Enjoying a sleigh riding party and supper in Telegraph Wednesday Wed-nesday evening were the following follow-ing from Copperton: Betty Winn, Barbara Franks, Joy Ann Hav-lik, Hav-lik, Norma Rasmussen, Darlene Larson, Zelda Nix, Alden Nix and Maxine Schick. Beverly Zorn was the hostess and others present for refreshments at her home were Mrs. Glen Rasmus-sen Rasmus-sen of Salt Lake City and Lud-wig Lud-wig Zorn.
