FAHRNI, Plaintiffs, -vs- ALVIN UHL, - Defendant. The State of Utah to the said defendant: You are hereby summoned to appear before the above entitled court within ten days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought, otherwise within twenty days after service hereof, and defend the above entitled action brought against you to recover Thirty One and 31100 ' Dollars, claimed to be due from you to the plaintiffs plain-tiffs an open account for goods, wares and merchandise sold and delivered to you by the plaintiffs, plain-tiffs, together with interest thereon there-on at the rate of 6 per annum from February 9, 1941, and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against again-st you according to the demand of the complaint.
