Show delighted to hear recently that Air Cadet Sidney R. Tregaskis, formerly of Highland Boy, expects ex-pects to finish training at Yale university and receive a lieutenant's lieuten-ant's commission in about 10 more weeks. The young married group of Highland Boy enjoyed a party at the Catholic Center Monday. Those present were Mary and George Kosovich, Ruby and "Swede" Antcll, Bonnie and Manuel Osoro, Penna and Joe Scorzato, Annie and Peter Kosovich, Koso-vich, Merle and Joe Kopesic, Millie and George Bolich and Mary and Archie Steele. Dancing Danc-ing and refreshments were enjoyed en-joyed by all. Lee Erazuma and daughter, Anna Lee, were business visitors in Salt Lake City Tuesday, i. - -- -- -- - :highlandboy: Virginia Jefcoii-Phone 104 Miss Marjorie Brimhall of Wendover Wen-dover visited at the home of her parents, Mr .and Mrs. Charles Brimhall of Apex Mine over the" week-end. Mrs. Roger Bossiere of Kansas City, Mo., has joined her husband here to make their home. Mr. Boissiere is a furloughed soldier. Mr. and Mrs. John A. Roberts left Highland Boy Wednesday to make their home in Park City. Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Boyce of Jackson, Wyo., are now making mak-ing their home in Highland Boy. Word has been received by the Gerbich famih' that their son, Mike, who is stationed with the armed forces in the South Pacific, Paci-fic, was recently promoted to the rank of Private First Class. George Savich returned to Far-ragut. Far-ragut. Idaho, to resume naval training after spending a 14-day furlough visiting his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Rakich and his brother, Robert Savich. Pvt Nick Savich, who is sta-i sta-i tioned at Fort Sumner, N. M recently re-cently returned to his base after a 14-day visit with relatives in Highland Boy. Mike and Katie Yengich of Grass Valley, Calif., are visiting at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Yengich. Mr. and Mrs. Oral Adams of Sacremento, Calif., are making their home in Highland Boy. Lenea Krans of Salt Lake City is visiting her aunts, Mrs. Lee Hansen and Mrs- Drew Rawlings. Mr .and Mrs. Joe Rakich and children and Nick and George Savich were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Go-lesh Go-lesh of Copperfield. Mrs. Roger Boissiere was a business bu-siness visitor in Salt Lake City Wednesday. LeRoy Eliason of Salt Lake City is visiting at the home of his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Oral Adams. Residents of Highland Boy were sorry to hear that Mrs. Tom Yen- gich Sr. had broken her leg early ear-ly this week. Betty Brimhall recently returned re-turned home fram a camping trip. Marie Azzelio, student at the University of Utah, was a weekend week-end visitor at the home of her parents, Mr .and Mrs- Tony Azzelio. Az-zelio. Residents of Highland Boy were happy to see Clyde Hettrick who sutfered a head injury last spring, up and around and back at school after three months in bed. Also returning to school was Nora Prophet, who suffered six broken ribs and a Iractured skull in a fall near Apex Mine. Mrs. Ann Predovich Bolich has returned after visiting with her husband and friends on the coast. Mr. Bolich is now stationed in Hawaii. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Bohe and daughter, Mrs. James Payne, visited vi-sited at the Vernon Jeffcott residence resi-dence Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brimhall of Apex Mine were overnight visitors of Mr. and Mrs. John Cal-derwood Cal-derwood in Salt Lake City Friday. Fri-day. Mrs. Vernon Jeffcott returned home Monday from Bingham hospital where she underwent a minor operation. The Questers and Queen Esthers Es-thers attended the Highland Boy Community House meeting last Wednesday.
