Show Armed Forces Ted A. Smith Is Out Of Army T4 Ted A. Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bassett Smith, and husband hus-band of Jean Eddy Smith, has been discharged from the Army at the Fort Douglas Separation Center. T4 Smith served 8 months in the South Atlantic with the 3549th Signal Equipment Installation Detachment. De-tachment. Norman R. Barker Out Of Navy Norman R. Barker, SSML 3c, has been given his discharge from the U. S. Navy and has returned to his home in Springville. He was released at the Shoemaker, Calif., naval separation center. Vaun K. Weight Given Discharge Vaun K. Weight, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph B. 'Weight, has been given his discharge from the navy and has returned to his home here. He has been in the navy for more than two years, serving many months in the South Pacific. He was released at the Shoemaker, Calif., naval separation center. Blair Binks Gets Release From Navy Blair Binks, son of Mr. and Mrs. Norris Binks of Mapleton, has been given his discharge from the navy in which he has served for 28 months. He has seen service in the Pacific, also in China and in Japan. Clyde R. Hatfield Gets Navy Discharge Clyde R. Hatfield has returned to his home in Springville with' a discharge from the navy. He has been in the service for about 26 months with considerable time spent overseas in the Aleutians, as well as in Okinawa and other places in the South Pacific. He was given his discharge at the separation center at Shoemaker, Calif. |
