Show Nadine Harmer Exchanges Vows With Norman Smith Announcement is made of the marriage of Miss Nadine Harmer, daughter of Mrs. Esther Harmer, and Norman Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Smith, which took place Saturday evening, June 1, in a lovely ceremony performed at the home of the bride's mother. $ Witnessing the marriage were close relatives and friends of the young couple. The bride was charming in a white taffeta wedding gown with net skirt entrain. Her fingertip veil was arranged with a princess cap of lace and orange blossoms and was edged with lace. She carried a bouquet of beautiful pink rosebuds rose-buds and tiny white gladioli with ribbon streamers. Attending the bride as maids of honor were her sister, Miss Elizabeth Eliza-beth Harmer and the groom's sister, sis-ter, Miss Melva Smith. Burton Harmer, Har-mer, brother of the bride, gave her away and acted as best man. Gorgeous summer flowers were used as decorations, together with tall burning candelabra. The couple left immediately for a few days' honeymoon to the canyons of southern Utah. They plan to make their home in this city. On Wednesday evening, the ibride was complimented with a shower given by her mother in the Second ward hall for approximately approxi-mately 100 relatives and friends. An entertaining program featured fea-tured the evening and a tasty luncheon lun-cheon was served by the hostess. The guest of honor was pre- sented with many beautiful wedding wed-ding gifts. DINNER GIVEN TO HONOR SERVICE SONS Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Ollerton entertained en-tertained at a family dinner at their home Sunday complimenting their two sons, Roldo and Don Ollerton. Roldo left Monday for the Hawaiian Ha-waiian Islands to accept a civil service position and will be employed em-ployed at Hickham Field as an aircraft air-craft maintenance technician and instructor in army personnel in maintaintenance of military aircraft. air-craft. Don is home on furlough from Philadelphia Navy base, where he is stationed with the 16th Fleet.
