Show GROCERY STORE PURCHASED BY ROSS BRADFORD One of the largest business transactions here recently was the purchase by Ross Bradford of two grocery stores, one on Main street and the other on 397 East Fourth South, formerly owned and managed man-aged by Howard Maycock. Mr. Bradford also purchased the Maycock May-cock home at 759 South Fourth East. The same efficient, courteous service to customers, as well as a full supply of the highest quality groceries, will be continued at both business establishments, Mr. Bradford Brad-ford announced, and he invites the patronage of shoppers at all times. Expressing faith in the industrial indus-trial development of this city, Mr. Bradford returns with several more years of business experience. He operated a mercantile establishment estab-lishment here and later a grocery business at Mapleton, before going go-ing to Moab several years ago. At Moab he engaged in operation of a large ranch and sold out to become be-come owner and manager of several sev-eral business enterprises, including includ-ing a lumber mill, drug store and furniture store. Sometime after disposing of his interests in Moab, the family moved to Logan, where he engaged in the floral business. He moved here from Logan the past week and has already taken over operation and management of the new concerns. Mr. Bradford, a native of Span-(Continued Span-(Continued on Page Ten) Grocery Store Is Purchased by Bradford (Continued from Page 1) ish Fork, and his wife Mary and family, will be assets to this city, having taken active part in church and community affairs at all times: The family spent some time in the Hawaiian Islands before be-fore going to Logan, where Mr. Bradford was president of the Temple Bureau Mission. |
