Show 'RED DEVILS PLAY AT SPANISH FRIDAY Devils Drop Sixth Straight Game; Lose to Tintic 41-32; Capt. Olsen Shines Coach Del Moine Christensen's Springville Red Devils will invade the Spanish Fork Dons' lair Friday Fri-day night in what is hoped will be a successful try at tumbling the leading Dons off their perch in the district. Springville's Sophs, winners of two of four games played, will tangle with the Spanish Span-ish Fork Sophs in a preliminary e 0 . r. The main game will begin immediately im-mediately following the Sophomore Sopho-more tilt. If Springville can hold big Joe Nelson in check Friday, the Don-Devil Don-Devil battle may turn out to be a close one. Should Nelson hit the hoop like he did in their last game here, Spanish will probably walk off with an easy win. Last Friday night, the Devils, which consisted of Captain Benny Olsen, so far as the scoring was concerned, gave the top-riding Tintic Miners a good game but fell short 41-32 on the final score. Benny Olsen, scoring 17 points for the locals, had little support from his teammates in the scoring scor-ing department. Peery, for Tintic, Tin-tic, counted 18 points and was and Atherley with 7 and 8 points, respectively. Springville Sophs, led by big, Ray Black, bounced over a small Tintic Sophomore club 36-13.
