Show THE CULTURAL ARTS CLUB HONORED THEIR MOTHERS at a delightful party beautiful in every detail Wednesday night at the home of Miss Elaine Crandall. Ida Packard was assisting hostess. hos-tess. President Delia Baxter was in charge of the program, which included in-cluded a vocal solo, "If Mothers Could Only Live on Forever," by Jimmy Neill, accompanied by Mrs. Mary Bird, and a review of the book, "In This Our Life," by Mrs. Blanche Beal. Theora Peterson also read the club poem. A tribute tri-bute to mothers was given by Aileen MeKenzie and special Mother's Mo-ther's day gifts were presented to each guest. Luncheon was served buffet style and the long table was centered cen-tered with a beautiful centerpiece of iris, salmon snapdragons and lillies, with tapers of varigated colors interwoven in the flowers. A beautiful lace cloth covered the table. Yellow tapers in crystal candelabra candel-abra on the mantel lighted the scene. During the serving Miss Phyllis Smart and Mrs. Maryn Johnson played string music.
