Show POULTRY AUXILIARY TO BE ORGANIZED An auxiliary for the wives of the Utah Poultry Producers, statewide state-wide in scope, was organized at the last convention held in Sail Lake City. Mrs. Murray K. Maw, American Fork, was elected president; Mrs. Ray Pond, Richmond, vice-president; and Mrs. Hilda Cherring-lon, Cherring-lon, Springville, secretary. On the executive committee, the following ladies were chosen to take part: Mrs. Sherman McGary, Spanish Fork; Mrs. W. A. Cottrell, Draper; Mrs. Victor J. Nelson, Morgan; Miss Annie Kent, North Logan; Mrs. A. P. Warnlck, Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove. At a recent meeting of this committee and auxiliary officers, by-laws and a constiution for the organization were drawn up and it was decided to sponsor local city organizations. A meeting for the purpose of organizing the local group will be held Friday at 7:30 p. m. at the poultry plant. |
