Show FAREWELL SET SUNDAY FOR PHYLLIS JENSEN A farewell testimonial honoring Phyllis Jensen, daughter of Bishop and Mrs. Frank Jensen of Mapleton, Maple-ton, who is to leave early in February Feb-ruary for the northern states mission, mis-sion, will be conducted Sunday at 7 p. m. in the Mapleton ward chapel. The program outlined for the departing de-parting missionary will include sacrament music, entitled "Fawn Schmutz"; a vocal solo, Norma Sanders; talk, Eileen Waspe of B. Y. U.; violin solo, Mayda Stewart, accompanied by Ruth Jensen, and talks by Bishop Jensen, C. G. Salisbury and Miss Jensen. . Miss Jensen plans to leave Monday Mon-day for the mission home and early in February for her mission. She, with Ray Whiting, son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Whiting, who is going to the east central states mission, were honored at a nicely arranged social in the Mapleton hall on Tuesday evening. |
