Show SLOGAN INDICATES JAPS MUST BE KEPT IN THEIR HOME "Japan for the Japanese" is a slogan which comes from Washington, Wash-ington, with reporters suggesting, but not saying, that the phrase may have come from the President himself. j While members of the Pacific war council made no effort to explain ex-plain the meaning of the slogan, it .was taken to signify the determination deter-mination of the United Nations to strip Japan of her Empire, including includ-ing Korea, Manchuria, Formosa, and the German Islands in the Pacific. Pa-cific. On the basis of Japan's record, the democratic peoples of the world would be justified, after the conclusion con-clusion of this war, in barring Japanese Ja-panese from residence in any other part of the world except Japan. Even those confined to the islands should be closely watched and future fu-ture plots promptly nipped in the bud. i : |
