FEDERAL OFFICIAL MAKES SURVEY IN SPRINGVILLE Ferdinand A. Bahr, field recreation recrea-tion representative for the federal feder-al government, was in Springville Wednesday forenoon to make a survey of this city in connection with proposed recreation and school facility improvements. The federal officials went over the situation and will be prepared to make a report in the near future. fu-ture. Assisting the representative with the survey were Carl Atkinson, Atkin-son, secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, and Hazel Anderson, recreation director of the city of Terre Haute, Ind., daughter of Dr. and Mrs. George A. Anderson, who has been visiting in Springville.
