Boyer's parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Boyer. She returned to West Port, Wash. Walter Barney of Duncan, Ariz., was a week-end visitor of his father-in-law, Charles Conover. V Delbert Barney of Mesa, Ariz., spent part of last week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Conover. He is a student at the B. Y. U., Provo. Mrs. W. B. Paxman and two daughters, Peggy Joyce and Colleen, Col-leen, of Mammoth, were Springville Spring-ville visitors the past week-end. Mrs. Lois Roylance and children left early this, week to join her husband and make their home in Colorado Springs, Colo. Mrs. Bernard Robertson returned return-ed last week from a two weeks' visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Pitts, in West Plains, Mo. She went especially to visit her brother, Lawrence Pitts, who was leaving for the army and who is now located at Fort Warren, WyO. She also visited relatives at Minneapolis, Minn., and St. Johns, Kans. Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Bryan and two sons, Rex and Rickie, of Los Angeles, are visiting relatives here and in Payson. Mrs. Bryan was the former Lavern Paxman. - Wilma and Vie White of Beaver, spent the week-end as guests of Mr. and Mrs. George Simkins and family. . Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Dumas and three daughters, Beverly, Marjorie and Stephanie, of Milford, visited in Springville with relatives over thP week-end. Mrs. Dumas was the former Auleen Paxman. Mr. and Mrs. Newell Weight and family of Parowan, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Ralph B. Weight and( other relatives here the past weekend. week-end. Mr. and 'Mis. C. G. Salisbury left early in the week for a few( days trip to California. They plan to spend a short time with their son, Joe, in the army air force, stationed in California. Charles Sanf ord has just return-; ed from a three-month visit in Seattle, Wash. He visited a daughter daugh-ter Mrs. Paul Holley, and family most of the time. He went by way of Nevada and California, spending spend-ing a few days in San Francisco. He was accompanied by Mrs. Hoi- ley. He' returned by plane and declared de-clared upon arrival that now, at the age of 82, he had traveled by every means from ox-cart to airplane air-plane and believed the latter was most enjoyable. Mrs - Mae - Huntington spent a few days of the harvest vacation with her sister, Mrs. Vera Marcu- sen and family at Nampa, Idaho. Mrs Marcusen's son, Burt, leaves soon for the armed forces. Mrs. Huntington also visited a nephew Evert Garnick, who is stationed with a bombing squadron at Gow- an Field, Boise, Ida. - Mrs. Maude H.
