Show MRS. E. T. CRANDALL WAS HOSTESS to members of the Ladies' Literary Liter-ary club at her home Thursday evening. President Julia Sumsion was in charge of the program. Following Fol-lowing a nicely arranged luncheon, Mrs. LaRue Walker gave an especially espe-cially interesting paper on "Promises "Prom-ises of Science," and Mrs. Hannah Clyde gave in brief form "White Cliffs of Dover." Dick Crandall entertained en-tertained with piano selections, President Sumsion announced the club's Christmas party to be held December 18, at the home of Mrs. Mercedes Anderson. Mrs. Mary Schwartz and Mrs. Nellie Burt were special guests. |
