Show P&Uanol Mrs. Dick Rothwell, the former I Ethel Crandali, nas returned to her home in Leslie, Idaho, after spending a short time here with her mother and other ' relatives and friends. She also underwent an operation for appendicitis while here. Hazel Bray came from Oakland, Oak-land, Calif., this week to visit Lt. Evan Allan, home on furlough, fur-lough, and with other friends. Mrs. Elliott Cameron, the former for-mer Maxine Petty, visited a few days of the past week with Mr. Cameron's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Archie Cameron and daughter Mary in Springville. She is now at Nephi, visiting her mother. Phyllis Boyer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Selvoy J. Boyer, spent the week-end in Springville. She is employed in Salt Lake City. J. Y. Bearnson was in Los Angeles An-geles Calif., early this week to attend at-tend funeral services for his brother, bro-ther, William Bearnson. Mrs. Dean Mason, the former Emma Graves, left the past week to visit her husband, who is stationed sta-tioned with th Armed Forces near Chicago, HI., where he is attending attend-ing the university. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Copeland and children of Los Angeles, Calif., have returned to their home after spending the holidays with her parnts, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Cates, in Springville. ' Mr .and Mrs. Chester Johnson, of Salt Lake City were recent visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Cates. Dr. and Mrs. Quin Whiting and children of Price s recently visited with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Whiting at Mapleton, also their brother, Dr. Rex Whiting, a lieutenant in the Navy, and his wife, who were here from California. Califor-nia. . Mr. and Mrs. Bill Binks of Mapleton Ma-pleton have just returned from Long Beach, Calif., where they visited a daughter, Mrs. Max Douglas, and family. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Snow went to Rockville, Utah, this week to attend funeral services for her father, Henry Hershy. |
