Two 25 bonds and $10 in savings sav-ings stamps were given the lucky holders of three tickets chosen by the Chamber of Commerce committee com-mittee after the closing of the stores Christmas eve. Should the holder of the numbers fail to claim their awards by Wednesday evening, eve-ning, arrangements were made to display the numbers at the office of the Chamber of Commerce in the Springville Herald window today. to-day. The awarding of the three major ma-jor gifts Wednesday evening was also a climax to the treasure hunts conducted each Saturday night since the opening, and in which numerous fine gifts were presented by local merchants. Announcement of the winners of the bonds and savings stamps offered of-fered last night will be made in the next issue of the Herald on New Year's day. |
